Police reportedly questioned Kavanaugh after bar fight in 1985

Brett Kavanaugh, President Donald Trump nominee for the Supreme Court, allegedly threw ice on another person "for some unknown reason" at a bar during his junior year at Yale University, according to a New York Times report published Monday. The Washington Post caught up with Ludington last night to get more of the story on the bar fight and Kavanaugh's role in it, a role that apparently didn't even interest police at the time enough to detain the future jurist. Ludington remembers the incident as being started after Kavanaugh threw a beer at the man, but regardless of what was thrown, the fight culminated with the man, then 21-year-old Dom Cozzolino, going to the hospital after former National Basketball Association player Chris Dudley threw a glass at Cozzolino's ear, causing it to bleed.

According to the police report, Chris Dudley, one of Kavanaugh's friends, threw a glass at a man, hitting him in the ear, which caused his right ear to bleed.

A newly obtained, unredacted version of the report states Dudley "was transported to Union Ave detention facility by prisoner conveyance." and a large "A" on the report indicates Dudley was arrested, according to New Haven's police chief Anthony Campbell. The report has since been corroborated by Kavanaugh's old classmate, Chad Ludlington.

United States media report that the Federal Bureau of Investigation spoke with Ms Ramirez, who accuses Judge Kavanaugh of exposing his genitals to her during a college party, on Sunday.

"Brett was getting tapped in and he was incredibly drunk, in a ridiculous outfit and had to come up to me and sing a silly song", she said. "But I did not drink beer to the point of blacking out", he said during his testimony.

A former classmate of Brett Kavanaugh recently alleged Kavanaugh threw beer in a mans face during a bar altercation in the 1980s.

Ludington claims to be offended that Kavanaugh has "mischaracterized the extent of his drinking at Yale", as the New York Times puts it.

James Roche, Kavanaugh's freshman year roommate at Yale, also spoke out. Soon the man and Kavanaugh "were connected in some head lock or wrestling form", Ludington said. But in a statement he released Monday, he said "I will say it again, we drank in college".

"Brett and I did not socialize beyond the first few days of freshman year. The problem is lying about it", Swisher said on "Cuomo Prime Time".

That bar episode and others were something Ludington didn't find "very attractive" and he found himself drifting away from Kavanaugh as a friend.
